Senior Producer – Metaverse Content

As a Senior Producer on the Metaverse Content team, you'll play a critical role in building out our Facebook Play app discovery surface, including HTML5 and Cloud gaming. You'll work in conjunction with Partner Managers to interface between Facebook and key developers and publishers on Facebook initiatives, and manage first and second party game development projects, as well as the onboarding and adding of social integrations to existing titles. The ideal candidate has extensive game development experience and experience managing Production of second party developers and publishers.

Senior Producer – Metaverse Content Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of complex development projects as Product’s primary representative

• Help determine the goals and deliverables of the Metaverse Content team and the Facebook Play Platform by interfacing with Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional team members

• Manage all milestones and deliverables ensuring they are on time and high quality

• Expertly guide integration of Platform features to optimize experience and performance

• Provide design and development input to developers and content partners

• Contribute to the Metaverse Content team and Facebook Play Platform’s overall content strategy

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in game development with familiarity of social games and/or Facebook game platforms

• Experience shipping products/releasing games as a developer and/or being the primary party responsible for partners through product and platform launches

• Experienced holding partners accountable for delivering expected milestone results

• Experienced with navigating challenging conversations with outside vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in game development with both internal and external development teams

• Familiarity with managing the difficulties that typically arise between project sponsors and project development teams

• Experience networking and track record in interactive entertainment
