Bakkt’s Lead of Marketing Operations and Analytics will work collaboratively with product, marketing and engineering teams to deliver marketing capabilities and platforms for Bakkt’s portfolio of products and services across crypto, loyalty and payments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis across relevant products to inform Bakkt’s loyalty & rewards product roadmap, points of differentiation, pricing, partner solutions and sales efforts
  • Gather, analyze, and distribute intelligence on products, market conditions, competitors, sectors and customers to enable business decision making
  • Deploy a process that includes the preparation of analysis to address the business problem, ascertains competitive data sources, collects and assembles the data, produces actionable intelligence, communicate results and findings to stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across the loyalty & rewards team as well as with partners in marketing, sales, design and technology

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience in product-related roles at technology or marketing companies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, decompose and synthesize information
  • Interest in loyalty & rewards, crypto and payments
  • Interest in creating new products and platform capabilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to be concise and distil information effectively.
