Discord Lead

Cyber is on a mission to unlock creativity for all in exceptional, immersive experiences!

We have an incredibly active NFT community with more than 200K monthly active users and have recently closed a round of funding that will help us build an awesome corner of the internet! We're looking for a leader to transform our Discord from a service center to a growth center.

Responsibilities

• Organize the Cyber Discord, run events, and build systems that: 1) improve first-day activation 2) improve 1 month retention 3) grow number of new monthly members 4) increase # of weekly active participants 5) increase monthly % communicators
• Work within the bounds of the broader community strategy, reporting to and working directly alongside our Community Lead.
• Onboard and manage a team of mods
• Resolve all support requests, working with Product team as necessary
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and growing a Discord Server to scale
• Exceptionally efficient: you must be able to produce significant output
• Honest with high integrity: you should do what is right and not just what's easiest.
• Proactive: you should be able to understand Cyber's goals and act without being told.
